This policy explains what data TensorEQ collects when you create an account and use our services (the website, TensorEQ Studio, and the TensorEQ CLI), why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. We keep this deliberately short and honest.
1. What we collect

We do not collect more than we need, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
2. Why we collect it
- Authentication — to sign you in and secure your account.
- Service delivery — to run agents on your behalf and give you access to the models included in your plan.
- Entitlement & billing — to track your usage against your subscription and bill correctly.
3. Third parties that process your data
To provide the service, limited data is shared with:
- Sign-in providers (Google, GitHub) — only to authenticate you; we receive your name, email, and picture.
- AI model providers (e.g. OpenRouter and the underlying model vendors) — the content of your requests is sent to fulfil them.
- Payment processor — to handle subscription payments. We do not store your card details.
4. How we protect it
- Secrets and provider keys are encrypted at rest and never exposed to your browser.
- Sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies and can be revoked.
- Access to platform data is restricted and audited.
5. Data retention & your rights
We keep your account and usage data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal profile; anonymised usage totals may be retained for accounting.
